EVE was founded in 2020 by Sarah-Marie Rust after she graduated with a master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Trinity College Dublin. The ongoing climate crisis and the efforts to revert its effects inspired her to start EVE, in an effort to support the transition to electric, sustainable mobility.

Sarah first-hand experienced the effects of climate change in her region in southern Germany with increased heavy rain, flooding, and mudslides and had previously worked in the intersection of the automotive industry and innovation.

From this experience, she knew that she needed to support the efforts to combat climate change and ensure CO2 emissions will be reduced by providing relevant data insights, allowing organizations to make smarter, more sustainable decisions.
